The goal of the group is to try to keep as much of Route 3A as beautiful, rich farmland and stands. It can be put in to developmental easements by the town putting up money through bonds and applying for various grants. There is also a good possibility of preserving farmland through mitigation by the state when the circumferential highway goes through.
